Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply specify the email mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then choose the target email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
